How do I place an order?

You can place an order by sending an email to pawfectlyyoursbakery@gmail.com stating the products that you are interested in and the quantity that you are ordering. Subsequently, our sales in-charge personnel will contact you via email with regards on your order, delivery details and payment method. All orders are only confirmed after payment has been made.

What are the payment methods available?

At the moment, we only accept payment methods via iBanking and ATM bank transfer.

How many days in advance must I placed my order?

We would appreciate if you can give us 2-3 days to prepare your order. This is to ensure that the freshest food is delivered to your furkids’ dining table. For large quantity orders, do allow us one week in advance to prepare.

How do I collect my orders?

Self collection can be arranged at the following MRT stations: Ang Mo Kio, Braddell, Yishun, Bedok. Self collection is free.

Is a delivery option available?

Delivery option is only available for orders above $30. For orders below $100, there will be an additional $10 delivery charge. Delivery is free for orders above $100.

How long can I store your products?

Products like cookies can be stored up to a week when put in air tight container in the fridge. Other products like cakes, muffins, pastas are recommended to be consumed within 3 days. Storage wise, you are advised to put them in an air tight container and placed in the fridge.

What kind of ingredients do you use?

At Pawfectly Yours Bakery, we use human grade ingredients and most of the ingredients come from natural sources. We avoid using artificial flavourings and ingredients that are toxic to pets.

If my pet is allergic to certain food, can I customize my order?

Yes. You can state the food that your pet is allergic to and we will strike that food off our ingredients list for your pet. We will replace it with ingredients that your pets is non-allergic to.

Why are the cookies irregularly shaped?

All our cookies are handmade product. Hence, the cookies will not look identical. There will be slight difference in  their shape and size

How many cookies do you recommend for our pets daily?

Depending on the size of your pet, we encouraged small dogs to have up to a maximum of 7 pieces per day, Medium size breeds can have up to 12 pieces and large breeds can have 20 pieces maximum daily.

Do you cater for dog parties?

Yes, we do. If you are interested, mail in to us to get more information on our party packs.

Can I mix and match the different cookies flavor?

You can mix and match but with a minimum of 150g per flavor.

For the meatballs, can I choose different meat options?

There are 3 different meat options available (pork, chicken, beef). You can mix and match them but with a minimum of 5meatballs per meat option.

Can I ask for extra meat toppings for the pasta?

Yes, you can. An additional $2 will be charged for each extra meat topping.
